Shipping & Delivery

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by the courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. upon receipt of the order with the payment. It usually takes 5-7 days (maximum) to deliver the order to the address. The transit time varies from destination to destination.

Return / Refund Policy - Order Shipped to India Address

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. * We do not return or exchange Fashion Jewellery once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect. * All edible food products are non-refundable. Process of Returns : Send us an email to info@zeolixonline.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received in order to process your return request. Please mention your order number in the email. Refund Policy : Once the return request is accepted & approved by the management, we will process the refund of the payment. It takes 5 to 7 business days to process the refund of the amount. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method used by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellation of the products : please write an email to info@zeolixonline.com with your order details. If the order requests are received within 24 hrs. of the purchase of the product and the dispatch of the product is not done till then, we will refund the full order amount (please refer to the Refund Policy). In case the product is dispatched to the customer or the product is in transit, and customer wants to cancel the order, then the refund of the amount will be done by deducting the courier charges (shipping+return).
